This full-height single-slot 4-port OC-3 ATM line card is a NEBS-compliant device that performs Layer 2 Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) functions. This line card receives and transmits ATM cells on each network physical interface connected to a line card port, and simultaneously transmits and receives packets from the 10000 series ESR backplane.
